Art Fleahman brings over 45 years of expertise in specialized construction and coatings to his role as President and Founder of Engineering Inspections and Restoration Services (EIRS). Recognizing a critical gap in the condominium industry following the Surfside Condo Collapse, Art established EIRS to address complex challenges faced by condominium associations, including compliance with Milestone and SIRS laws, restoration services, and reserve studies.
Previously, Art founded American Coatings Technologies, where he pioneered innovative coating solutions and environmental protection systems, successfully installing over 100 million square feet of coatings nationwide. With extensive leadership experience, including serving as Vice President of Mascoat, Art’s commitment to quality and safety has positioned him as a trusted expert in both the construction and restoration industries. His visionary approach and dedication to condominium safety make him an invaluable asset to EIRS and the communities it serves.
Lauren Niedergang
Office Manager
Lauren serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Office Manager at Engineering Inspections and Restoration Services (EIRS), bringing a unique blend of academic expertise and practical experience to her role. With a Master’s degree in Art Education and a background in teaching, Lauren has honed exceptional organizational and leadership skills that ensure the smooth operation of EIRS’s day-to-day activities.
